Atty. William D. "Will" Boyd

Will is a member of Butler Snow’s Constitutional and Civil Rights Litigation practice group. Clients value Will’s approach to litigation and the practical counsel he provides, always with their objectives at the forefront. He has provided counsel to some of the largest and most powerful institutions in the world, including multinational banks and transcontinental insurance carriers. Will has obtained favorable decisions in multiple jurisdictions in matters involving constitutional rights, jail conditions, financial and business disputes, and debilitating physical injury. When not advocating for his clients, Will serves as a member of the Army National Guard, where he applies his knowledge of state law to military operations.
