We've been married for 18 months and are just getting a divorce now. I live in the state of Pennsylvania. Are the bridal shower gifts my property, my husband's property, or both?

Presumably your bridal shower took place before your marriage and the gifts were given solely to you, correct? If so, then, arguably it's your separate property. If the gifts were given to you and your fiancee (at that time), then they would be joint property subject to fair and equitable division. I highly recommend you confer with an experienced divorce attorney in your county/State about your divorce case, if you haven't already. I am a Washington attorney and have no knowledge regarding the laws, rules or procedures in the State of PA. This is how I would have answered your question if you resided in the State of Washington.
