Can a green card holder work at state jobs, government local and community jobs? What are the jobs the jobs available for us?

Hello. I just recently got my permanent resident card or green card. I am very excited to find a job. My question is, can we apply at state jobs? I went to federal jobs and they only require us citizens, sad. My dream job is to work at a court or any state jobs. Please help me and give me some jobs that we could apply for.. Thank you so much!
