What are my next steps for a California annulment after he was served his petition and 30 days have gone by?

I qualify for an annulment due to physical incapacity of my husband. Married in January 2011, 10 days after reuniting from a 12 year absence (no contact during those years). We never lived together. Marriage ended in less than two months. He has been a diabetic for over 20 years. I don't know anything about the disease. He did not inform me of his impotence. His neuropathy is getting worse. His impotence is permanent and incurable. He has been served all the initial documents. He did not respond. I understand I am still required to prove my claim. 1. How can I prove my claim of his physical incapacity? 2. What are my next steps to complete the annulment process 3. He initially filed in Fresno County for annulment based on his impotence. Can I use his filing as proof of impotence?

You need to file an Order to Show Cause and get a court date. But before you do that, take his default 30 days after service. His filing may not be "proof" but it is evidence and it is a legal document So it just might help.
