I bought a used car on Saturday and traded my van. I thought about it and it was the wrong choice because I have kids and the maintenance, I just got super happy and bought it out of excitment. I called the dealership today went there and they don't wanna let me out of the deal even though I still have the tiltle to my trade in (van) in my posession, I NEVER SIGNED it over to them yet. I just want my van back, can I get out of this deal?

There is no buyer's remorse or three day right to cancel a car purchase contract in Illinois. You could have a consumer attorney look over the paperwork and see if there is anything that could be used to try to get out of the contract, but they may not find anything.

It is a myth that there is a cooling off period to cancel a car sales agreement. If you have a fraud case see a lawyer.
