There were no will. My mother passed away when we were young so my father and second wife both purchased a house for us. My stepmother passed away a few years ago. My father married a third women , but now he is dead. Now the third wife wants to take everything away from us. I feel that we are entitle to the house because if wasn't for my sisters and brother they wouldn't had been able to qualify for house.

Your facts are unclear. But, if your dad and second wife bought a house for you and it is in your name alone and not in your father's name, it sounds like a completed gift to you. No one has a right to take back a completed gift. However, if the house was held by you for the benefit of your father in some sort of constructive trust, then there may be a claim. To be sure you are going to have to meet with estate counsel. You will need to do this under these circumstances. Hope this helps. Your question does not provide all the necessary information an attorney will need to determine who inherits the house, but in general if real estate, including a house, is owned in joint tenancy or entirety with the right of survivorship with another person or persons, the surviving owner or owners get the property. If your father signed a deed transferring an interest in the house to the third wife, she will get the house. If not, it appears that his estate (if he lived in Mississippi) will be divided evenly between the children and the wife. You and your siblings will need to retain a local experienced estates and probate lawyer to assist you with this.
