call omnidatabse 800/686-0570. You might have to make several tries, but it should tell you if there is anything out there.

ANSWER: Your tickets may never have been turned in at all, your tickets may not have turned into warrants yet, or your tickets may be in warrant status in the jurisdiction in which you received your tickets but not yet been turned in to DPS. Texas DPS has a web site you can go to, type in your personal informaion, and find out what is in their system. Many traffic ticket law firms can do the research for you for a small fee. Whether you do the research yourself or pay a lawyer, I suggest you take care of the tickets. Chances are they will eventually be turned in (law enforcement has two years) and they will cost you lots more to resolve the longer you wait. Eventually, your driver's license will be suspended until you take care of the outstanding tickets. Justin A. Coquat, J.D. TrafficTicketSA.com 210-745-0144

Count your blessings for the moment. If warrants can issue they will. Also depending on the time between ticketing and prosecution the action might time out on the statute of limitations and type of infraction. If you can find anything out it behooves you to affirmatively take care and investigate further. You don't want to get taken into custody on an outstanding speeding ticket.
