Do I have to "reimburse" my ex for health insurance premiums he paid between separation and since filing for dissolution?

My ex husband has included reimbursement for the health care premiums he paid between our date of separation and since he filed for divorce 2.5 years ago. Am I liable for this even though since filing he is under the ATRO to provide these benefits? He is claiming we had a "verbal" agreement that I would pay the premiums.

I would argue that he is paying for your insurance after DOS and he should be reimbursed. But, I do not have all the facts. Is he paying support? Was the insurance considered when the support was set? Does it cost him additional to keep you insured? Or are dependents included at no additional cost? More facts are needed.
