I have a crazy ex who in order to avoid paying child support keeps filing motions to modify time sharing and motions to modify child support. I just received the latest Supplemental petition to modify time sharing. I have 20 days to answer...do i need to do an answer and counter-petition or can I just file a motion to dismiss? This is in South Florida

A motion to dismiss will serve as the response required within the 20 days. once heard, if your motion to dismiss is denied, the judge will give you additional time file file an actual answer.

You may file a motion to dismiss. You should consult a local attorney so he or she can give you a complete legal analysis of your situation. JMP Law, P.A. Juna M. Pulayya www.jmplawyer.com [email protected]
