How long do they have before the PSI hearing. My husband was jailed in Dec. 2011. We are waiting on the PSI report and hearing

My husband was jailed in Jan. 2011 on sexual offense charges. A week or so before trial, the charges were dropped. There was no new evidence, but numerous other charges were added. At the second pretrial hearing, my daughter (the victim) and I were jailed for not testifying. My husband pled guilty to get us out of Jail. He has been there since Dec. It is now March. That is 13 weeks today. Is there a time limit on how long they can drag this out.
