You should try to find a class action attorney or pharm. attorney in Florida who can investigate Mobic lawsuits. Often pharm. cases are combined into class action suits.

There do see To be suits against Abbot the drug manufacturer for heart attacks after mobic use, similar to The Vioxx cases, as both are NSAID's ( non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs). You entitlement to claim damages will depend upon both the damage you suffered( heart attack) the length of time you took mobic, (of course with prescribing pharmacy records as proof) And the severity of your attack , and preferably a low amount of what doctors call co- morbidity factors - weight, high blood pressure high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, etc, ie things that may/ would likely have otherwise caused your heart attack. Since vioxx was taken off the market Mobics sales have skyrocketed and carry a higher % of heart attacks per user. Call a reputable law firm that Regularly pursues pharmaceutical cases.
