On what grounds could I apply for Adjustment of Status with a visa waiver in America with a british passport.

I currently reside in London and hold a british passport which qualifies me for a visa waiver program. I plan to travel to America for holidays in a month or two to return back to London. I would like to know under what grounds can I apply for Adjustment of status. How could a lawyer or attorney assist me legally.

There are no grounds except marriage to a US citizen. The visa waiver program does not allow for change or adjustment of status except through marriage parents or kids over 21 www.immigrate2usa.com
