Can I sue the county, court system or DA for grievance? Or what is the best way to win my case?

Received a DUI in 2005 in the Marine Corps. I followed through on the repercussions and moved on. Received 2nd DUI in 2007, court claims I never completed program/fines for 1st DUI which is false, furthermore and possibly the root of the problem is the court attached an Alias to my name I have never used! It has now affected me in good paying job offers when I get fingerprinted upon hire. I was a solid middle class Banker before the alias became an issue, I'm now planted in the poor class, still w/out a license. There is 1 more thing, in 2010 I had a public defender represent me in the license issue (driving w/a suspended), public defender says 40 days community service will fix everything; he can plea for me the next day w/my permission, I said yes. He failed to show making things worse.
What you need to do is figure out what is going on with your 2 prior DUI’s as well as the 14601.2. You will not be able to sure the DA, PD, or the court system. Don’t waste your time on that. It appears you never completed your 18 month DUI class for the second DUI. You will need to complete that to get a valid license. You are being represented and you should speak to your attorney about all these issues.

You have so many issues that an answer via email will not suffice... You need to get your case back on calendar to clear up any issues regarding your Alias. Second, a public defender usually does not know the rules and regulations when it comes to the DMV, especially, someone that was or in the military. For example, the rules and regulations dealing with the Interstate Compact Agreement and how that document is interpreted within California is complex.
Call me so that a full explanation can be given over the phone, if you like. My phone number is (831) 269-3780.
Very truly yours,

If you enter a plea and admit any wrongdoing, no, you cannot sue anybody. Even if you do not enter a plea, you cannot sue the court, county or prosecutor (DA), because of a mistake. Further, the court and prosecutor have what's called litigation priviledgde.
