I have a charge of contributing to the delinquent of a minor from 4 years ago when a minor who I didn't know was a minor was a runaway and at my house. Now I am unable to find a job because of the charge and it was my first and only charge that I have ever had and I was wanting to find out what I need to do to get this charge expunged or sealed whichever it is to be able to not have this on my background.

For free? I don't think you can right now. A new law will go into affect in July and I believe it will allow free expunction after 10 years if the underlying offense qualifies. Right now I think it is a $200.00 filing fee but I'm not sure (filing fees change). Many attorneys will do and expunction for around $500.00 (sometimes filing fee included). It might not be worth waiting. Good luck.
