In Alabama the age of consent is 16. I know many people fake this but if my 20 year old boyfriend got me pregnant could he go to jail if my mom wanted to try him? Or if my mom just found out I was having sex.

Because the age of consent in Alabama is 16, he cannot be prosecuted for statutory rape if you were 16 when you started having sex with him.
