Can i renew my work permit when i have be notified of removal proceeding?

i am in removal proceeding for marriage fraud and my court date has not been scheduled yet but i know its gonna take a while to prove my case when hearing start so i wanna know if i can renew my work permit so that i can pending d time my case would be decided.

You can absolutely renew your work authorization in removal proceedings if you also renew your i485 in the court case, but it is a lengthy and complicated process.

You need to have a pending I-485 in order to be able to renew your EAD. You need to retain an experienced immigration lawyer, if you care to have a chance of remaining in the US.

Only if your I-485 is "pending". If you were sent to removal proceedings, it is no longer "pending", your I-485 was more probably denied (actually the denial letter informs you that you EAD is no longer valid. I agree with my colleague and you should retained an experienced immigration attorney.
