WA state criminal law, juvenile laws, underage consumption of alcohol
If a underage person was caught drinking and with alcohol on the premises and they do not go to court until they are 18. Would that make a difference in the sentencing?

No it would not; the fact is you are accused of drinking, etc., while underage which will still be true after you are 18.
