I am on H4 and want to apply for F1 visa on 1st Aug. My classes start from 1st October. Will I be able to get F1 before Oct 1st?
I came here on H4 on April 18th and want to pursue MBA.

and click on "Processing Times" on the left. However, you can study on H-4.
