What is difference between municipal and magistrate?
Petty larceny charge in municipal court. Petty larceny crime was not in municipality (city limits) of Eunice. Why or how did this charge originate from city?

Muni court has jurisdiction within city limits, Magistrate within county. You should get case dropped.
