So I'm a Mexican citizen and I wish to study in LCC Laredo community college I live in Nuevo Laredo , Mexico both are border cities so I just cross the bridge and I'm in Laredo , would I still need a student visa ? I would be paying from my own money all my classes and wouldn't ask for any government help or anything like that , and I wouldn't overstay , I would go back and forth from Laredo to Nuevo Laredo every day , can I just use my normal tourist visa?

You would need to change your status and apply for a student visa since the community college is located in the United States and these are not recreational classes but a formal program leading to an academic degree or vocational certification. Work with the school personnel to assist you.

You would need to apply for an F-1 visa at the Embassy to attend a regular college program, you cannot study on a visitor visa.
