Long story short, I spun out of control hitting the concrete wall on the freeway in a car we just got THAT day . The steering was loose & unsafe. After hitting the wall blowing a tire wrecking the car my instincts started it up & got off the freeway to avoid being hit with by others. Plus the lights got busted out & it was dark. I got off the first exit and pulled into the first parking lot. Got out the car & called my girlfriend to explain. Living a block away I naturally started heading that way, when a chp pulls up & basically made me get in even though I was just walking in a parking lot. So he performed sobriety tests &i comply'd. Getting charged w/ hit and run & dui

Based on the circumstances it may be possible to beat the hit and run piece of this. a\As far as the DUI goes that may be more difficult depending on what your BAC was
