What kind of lawyer do I need for a dispute with my neighbor. he has a dog that barks alot. we have been through abritration.
that I requested be set up with the chief of police. He has not done what he agreed to in arbritration. he as been to court 3 times about dog barking and find twice, Our houses are very close together and the dog is between our houses. I am currently taking medicine for panic attacks. I really need help! thanks
