Pled guilty for "failure to reduce speed/accident", assigned traffic school/court supervision, still have to pay initial ticket?
I went to traffic court and pled guilty for my failure to reduce speed/accident ticket in exchange for 3 months court supervision and I have to attend traffic school and the ticket/charge will be wiped from my record. They issued me a fee of $185 for this. Do I still have to pay my initial traffic ticket of failure to reduce speed/accident in which the fine was $120? Or is that now not relevant and only have to pay the fees for court and traffic school?
