I live in florida and know florida law it wont affect my license, just wanted to make sure texas cant hold up my driving privledges or doesnt for class c misdemeanor of drug paraphanelia. the cop said it was just a ticket, wondering if 2 makes a difference in texas. thanyou for your time

You should be ok. The Texas Department of Public Safety may suspend you license for some drug offenses, but class c misdemeanor paraphernalia convictions do not cause the suspension of your license.
