Is there a class action lawsuit against Bank of America regarding home loan modifications?

I have been working with Bank of America regarding my home loan modification for almost 2 years. They have lost paperwork, they are terrible at returning phone calls. They have told me that my modification has gone through 2 times to then inform me that there was a mistake from the underwriter. I am now trying to get it modified for the 3rd time. What are my rights. I have trusted them in hood faith and they have not been honest.
