i was puled over for apparenlty pulling out of a parking lot too quickly. I told the office to give me a field sobriety test and he refused. Then when i was released they gave me no ticket or court date.

If you were arrested for pulling out too quickly and you were not given a ticket and or court date. First, do not make any waves. The police made a mistake and then let you go. depending how long you were detained or if they took you to jail or if they mocked you or threatened you in any other way, you may technically have a cause of action, but if the police made a mistake, they also have an immunity privilege and you will spend a lot of time fighting what ever case you may have. This is not the one to fight for but always be vigilant and continue to let us know what is happening in Arizona. Best of luck.
You can check with the local courts - city and county - in your jurisdiction to make sure there is no case open on you. You can also check online here, but sometimes recent cases don't show up right away: http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/caselookup.aspx

If no citation was issued AND no field sobriety tests were performed, then I would be unaware of any potential charges. But your question is confusing. You indicate you received no paperwork, but were released. So, without more information, I am unsure why you believe you were arrested. Were you in fact arrested? Were you just detained? Did you give a blood test?
I agree - don't make waves. On the other hand, watch your mail. If a ticket comes in the mail you need to respond to keep a warrant from being issued.

I am a bit confused. It sounds like the officer released you at the scene without giving you a ticket for anything. If that is correct, you probably are in the clear. But you said that you were "arrested" and "released" which sound like you went to jail, in which case I would expect that you were charged and have a pending court date.
