I live in Boone County, Kentucky who pays for bedbug removal,landlord or tenant?

As with every Landlord / Tenant question the first place to look for the answer is in your lease. If it says you are responsible for insects, pests,etc. then you pay to get rid of the bedbugds. If the lease makes the Landlord for insects, pest,etc then he pays. If the lease does not say one way or the other then you need to look to statutes or local ordinances for the answer. I suggest you take your lease to a local attorney and have him review it. You can also check with legal aid or see if there is a Tenant's rights group in your area. Good Luck.
