Do you send "Premium processing" papers along with the RFE response or separate envelope?

Responding to a H1B extension RFE, if you decide to do premium processing,, Does the check (and I-907) goes in the same envelope with the RFE documents, or you the premium processing paperwork in a separate envelope? This was last night's debate with a friend whose lawyer is responding to his RFE. I'm sure his lawyer knows but I'm just curious..

There is a separate address for the Premium Processing unit. see www.uscis.gov
