Will I get drug tested at a level one dasep?
Arrested on dui(of drugs). Not on probation. This was a year ago(date of my arrest).

You will not be drug tested. However, from your question, I am assuming you are still using and trying to get your licenses back. You did to stop one or the other or you are likely facing another DWI drug case and this time you would receive jail time. Please be careful and good luck.
