Try Floridabar.org or contact an attorney that handles Appeals.

I recommend contacting a Florida criminal defense attorney who handles appeals and/or post-conviction matters. Time is often of the essence with these matters, so move quickly.

Retain an attorney to write the 3.850 for you. My firm is located in Tampa and handles such matters. Good luck.

You will need to contact an attorney to file a 3.850 or your son can do it himself but that is rarely a good idea. Good luck www.colleenglenn.com

A 3.850 is part of the post conviction process. Lots of questions necessary to actually get the full picture. I do these all over in florida and in the federal courts all over the country. a 3.850 is the place to introduce evidence of what should have been done that was not and what was done which should not have been. Prejudice is also required. these are a big deal and take a great deal of work. you need to consult an attorney because there are strict time limits on when he can get relief.
