I was hit two weeks ago and now her insurance is stating that she wasn't at fault. I had a witness who originally stated that he saw her running a red light; now two weeks later he is stating the opposite. I had both my sisters in the car and my sister-in-law asked him point blank if he saw who ran the red light? He turned to the lady and said that she ran the red light, pointing at her. I need help.
