Can I request the judge order a public apology from my former employer?

I am currently receiving unemployment benefits from quitting employment with just cause . I just received a letter from my former employers rep basically stating they put in there request with the court of common pleas . . . Already " won " their initial rebuttal , and also the hearing officer ruled in my favor as well . . . they were also denied by the review commission . . . I have a solid case . I have yet to receive an apology from my former employer . can I request ( if judge rules in my favor ) that my former employer make a public apology ? and what is the likelihood of that happening ?
It does happen on occasion that the issue of an apology has come up in settlement talks, and personally, I'm a fan of apologies to conclude a case dispute. However, public apologies can never be ORDERED because no court can guarantee its sincerity. I agree with the other attorney however, that this is something that can be discussed in settlement negotiations if they go well.
Now, if you were saying that you would settle for an apology INSTEAD of money, then we might see some very creative judicial arm-twisting. If you are looking for money and, just remember that you buy specific conduct from the funds otherwise in the pot for potential settlement. That means most employers will settle for x, or for x-minus and an apology. The better and more public and more factually-specific the apology, the less $$$ in the settlement pot.
