You will most likely get a letter from your local juvenile court telling you that you have been charged with something. Criminal mischief, falsification, or something else. The letter will most likely have a court date. You may be offered a diversion program if you have never been in trouble. If this is the case you would probably have to attend some class and do community service. If not offered diversion you should consult with a criminal defense attorney in your area that has experience in juvenile cases. Not all criminal defense attorneys are capable of doing juvenile cases. You should stop posting any details about your case anywhere and stop talking about your case with everyone except your attorney. This includes facebook, twitter, email, snapchat, , and any other social media cite. Those websites can be used against you. Good luck.
