I GOT A CITATION TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE FOR DUI , BUT THE JUDGE LOWER THE CHARGE TO FAILING TO SHOW LICENSE , BECAUSE AT THAT TIME I HAD MY HARDSHIP BACK AFTER COMPLETING ALL REQUIREMENTS , BUT NOW I FACE A COP AND I NEED TO DRIVE TO COURT , BESIDES DRIVING TO WORK . I NEED TO KNOW IF DRIVING TO COURT IS CONSIDERED A LIVELIHOOD PARAMETER , I HOPE SO .

First, you need to have an attorney licensed in Florida advise you and I am not licensed in Florida Second, my non-licensed, non-legal advise opinion is that appearing in court is not a hardship requirement like traveling to and from work, as it is a one time event you can take a taxi to and from or have a friend drive you, therefore I would recceomend you have someone else drive you.
