Assuming your house was robbed in separate and distinct incidents (e.g., not like being hit twice in the same day and so close in time they may be viewed as the same incident, etc.), the people responsible could theoretically be charged with multiple offenses arising out of multiple incidents. Because you mention robbery, that is a serious felony, and therefore, there are potentially substantial sentences that may be handed down upon conviction, depending on what exactly the convictions are for. I advise possibly hiring a personal injury or general practice attorney to represent you in trying to get your belongings back, depending on what may be required to do so. Keep in mind that until any prosecution (if it gets initiated) is concluded, items that may be seized by law enforcement may remain in their possession at least until the case is concluded, for purposes of evidence of the charged offense(s), etc.. Good luck.

There is a huge difference between saying your house was burglarized and saying it was robbed. A home invasion case, where individuals are robbed inside a house (either by gunpoint or other force), is much more serious than a burglary of a residence (where items are taken from inside a house, but not from the immediate presence of occupants). Home invasion, armed robbery cases are definite prison sentences (there is a mandatory 10 year sentence for armed robbery). Home invasion robbery cases do not carry the same mandatory minimum, but are almost certainly going to carry a prison sentence. The majority of residential burglary cases involve prison sentences as well. However, there are some jurisdictions which do not have a policy requiring prison in these cases. Finally, if the offenders are juveniles, there is no predicting what will happen to them in sentencing.

I believe your mean that your house was "burglarized" twice. "Robbery" implies that the theft was a face to face encounter. No matter, these are VERY serious crimes. A residential burglary is one of the most difficult cases for a defense attorney to defend if the defense cannot get past the "who done it" issues. All jurors are afraid of this happening to them. All prosecutors consider residential burglary to be a "property rape". The State may bring two indictments in this case or charge them with two separate burglaries (can't quite tell from the facts provided). They will be looking at major jail time if convicted. If restitution is an issue, all the defendants will be charged equally with paying you back for the loss. In my experience, you are probably not the only burglary victim. If they plead out, or if they get convicted, you will have an opportunity to make a victim statement prior to sentencing. It will be your day in court. Good luck!
