I am low-income and need a pro bono real estate/property attorney. Can someone help me?

My neighbor is denying me access to my well, I have proof it's mine and the 108 sq. ft. around it which I pay property taxes on. This has been going on since the end of Jan. 2013. We had no water all this last weekend and HAVE to check the well pump asap before that breaks.

have you called the state bar association and requested a referral? you can also use the 'find a lawyer' option on avvo (its a tab near the top of your screen) you can also contact your states' legal aid organization to see if you qualify for legal assistance. The question and answer forum yuou have posted on makes a poor classifieds ad site--its possible a WI attorney won't see your post for days, weeks,or ever.
