You do not say what your interest is in this case. If you are a beneficiary and wish to protect your inheritance, you need to act right away. Frankly, I am surprised that a probate judge in Ohio would not already have found the Executor in contempt of court and sanctioned the lawyer, or at least threatened them so that the case moves forward. If you have an economic interest in this estate, you need to consult with an expert probate attorney--preferably a Certified Specialist--and petition to the court to remove this executor and appoint someone else, perhaps yourself.

Are you a beneficiary or heir of the estate? If you are, or if you are a creditor, you would have standing to ask the court to remove the fiduciary and appoint someone else. Usually the Court issues a citation to file an account. If one isn't filed they will remove the fiduciary. If you have an interest in the estate you should contact a probate lawyer to protect your interests and start the process of removing the current fiduciary.

If you are an heir or creditor you are entitled to this info or to force removal or an accounting.
