How do I prepare binders for child modification trial.

Child Custody 6 views 2 answers
I went to court three months ago, just to change parenting time. The judge sided with me, because it was good cause and extreme change in circumstances. My X argued and requested trial. now I have to prepare binders, (4) I know defendant can be 200 -300 using tabs, and should I have a glossary table in front. I am not sure what it should contain or how to put together.

You should consult with a family law/child custody attorney. It is always unwise to represent yourself. However, all attorneys may differ on how they organize documents in preparation for trial.

Generally everyone puts the trial brief which has an index of exhibits goes in front. The exhibits are then tabbed /labeled in order.
