We're both women and we don't have sex. Can I still get charged with statutory rape?

People can be falsely charged, but no sex, no rape. Caution is indicated.

Quite frankly, the risk of being charged with a crime is so great, the best advice is to stop dating the 14 year old. After all, under the law, you as an 18 year old are considered to be an adult, and the 14 year old is a child. The age of consent is 16. The criminal ramifications of a statutory rape conviction or other sexual conviction are greater when the alleged victim is under 16 years of age.

If her or her parents allege you had sex, life is going to get very ugly. It isn't worth it. Run fast.

Yes you can still get charged. Whether or not it sticks is a different story. Absolutely not worth the risk. Florida doesn't have marriage equality or civil unions so you can't even benefit from those protections if you wanted to. . . Absolutely not worth the risk.
