Hi
My I 360 been approved base of abuse spouse , my wife was u.s citizen she left me , any ways ,my I-360 first got dined , I appealed and got approved . I have I - 485 interview on may 14/13 .
My qustion is do I have go with attorny to interview , and also what is the worst case scenario. Am I geting green card , after 5 years been with abusal wife and been through to lots of problem .

You do not have to hire an attorney. You do not have to hire a dentist either. You can do your teeth yourself, if you can. You would not do so though. It would not be prudent. Same with an immigration attorney. I am not sure it is very prudent to go for that interview without an immigration attorney. I may be wrong. You decide.
It is not required, but it would be in your benefit.
Attorney attendance at Interview
It is better for you to have an experienced attorney go to the interview with you. Many times, the government official will not ask irrelevant questions, nor be as aggressive if an attorney is in the same room. Additionally, if the officer starts going down the wrong path, the attorney can specify the correct section of law, and can speak to a supervisor if necessary.
