-I was too young when the divorce was made to make a choice therefore I was put into my fathers house

I would need more information about the custodial arrangement. Will your father allow you to move in with your mother? If so, and they agree, I do not see a problem. If your father objects, I would recommend your mother contact an attorney to see what options she has.
Your parents can reach any temporary agreement they wish as to where you will stay. However, to make any permanent changes to custody and support, your mother will need to hire an attorney to file a Custody Modification. You are old enough to have some input in where you live, but the Court will make the final decision if your parents do not agree. Even though you are older, your parents still will need to make the decisions and handle the legal aspects.
