Hi , I currently have an Approved H1B Visa, and looking to Transfer my H1B Visa to a different Employer/Company, should this new Employer be E Verified or could I transfer my HIB Visa to a non E verified Company.

E verification is needed for an employer seeking to hire OPT students. You should be able to transfer to another H1 employer.

E verified is not required for H1B. There is no H1B transfer. There is a new petition filed by a new employer and your recapturing of the tenure left under the initial H1B 6 year limit.
