Is there a Florida Law that protects consumers when faulty A/C unit is installed is always breaking down?

A Goodman A/C unit was installed a year ago and its been nothing but trouble. It has done nothing but constantly break down. The company that sold and installed it went to the manufacturer and Goodman is only willing to repair it again and if that issue persists than deal with it at that time. Is there a law that can help force the manufacturer/installer to remove the current A/C for a new one?

Yes, there is a federal called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which basically functions like the lemon law to protect consumers. If the unit has been so faulty that it cannot serve its ordinary purpose you may be able to revoke acceptance and force either the dealer who sold you the unit or the manufacturer to accept return of the unit and to refund the money you paid for the unit. You will need to contact a consumer attorney because applying the Act properly requires quite a bit of specialized legal skill and knowledge.

Mr. Bolliger is absolutely correct. An action under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act would be the avenue you would want to go down if you have given the installers and the manufacturer reasonable time and attempts to correct the problem. Our office practices in consumer fraud/protection and I would be happy to discuss your issue with you further.
