Am I responsible for my license being on hold in Ga. When I've never left Texas? Need my drivers license.

I'm not sure that I can answer this based on the information provided. I don't see how Georgia could suspend your Texas driver's license when you've never left Texas. Please post some additional information. Could this possibly be a case of identity theft?

How did Georgia get your information? It sounds like a) you got a ticket there and didn't pay it, or had it suspended there, or b) someone used your identity when they were stopped there.
Contact the GA DMV and ask them what you need to do to clear your license there.
