My wife left me after only 4.5 months of marriage to be with a homeless lesbian, what legal rights does she have/my obligations?

My wife ran off after only 5months married and fell in love with a woman, stayed homeless for 4 months running around on drugs and getting locked up and locked in the looney bin several times. now she's desperate, her gf is in jail, and she's trying to manipulate me into paying her money to get her gf she's leaving me for, out of jail. she's threatening to do all sorts of things. she left me, i tried to get her to come back to me several times, and she doesnt want to be with me, only with her gf. She seems to think she has right to my money for my bills, and my debt is so bad that i lost my car, 2 house payments behind and havent payed any credit cards for a long time now... what are her rights since we've been separated and legally what can she do ? she left me, what do i do?

Do nothing. By all means, do not give her money to help her girlfriend. A four month marriage is not enough to give her any rights to spousal support, especially under circumstances as you describe.

Since you've only been married for a few months, it's doubtful you will be obligated to much, if anything given the circumstances. You need to talk to an attorney immediately. Most of them offer free consultations.
