Is it legal for a pro se litigant to file an OSC to vacate judgment to strike answers on 13 other pro se litigants? A Judge signed the pro se OSC. is this judge abusing her discretion? A pro se woman filed an OSC to vacate judgment alleging that the reason the other 13 didn't show up at trial was because she forgot to call them and because she advised them that it wouldn't be necessary to come. Then she added personal affidavits of the 13 individuals to that OSC in which they allege ignorance of the law and hardship to come to court! Is this legal? If not, what's the statute to prosecute that

Judge signed the OSC so you should respond and appear on the return date. Courts' give pro se litigants some leeway on default cases. Consult with a lawyer to represent you.

A non lawyer can only represent him or herself. That said, if the argument is the same for all a judge might entertain it.
