A friend left me her house in her will in Arizona. She gave the address and had sold the house Am I entitled to her new house.

Please take a copy of the Will/trust to an estate administration attorney so that he/she can review the language. It is doubtful that you are entitled to either the new house or new car - because of "ademption by extinction" - meaning the property no longer exists so you don't get a replacement. However, the will/trust may have some language that makes a different provision.

It really depends on what the language of your friend's will provides because that the house in question was not your friends at the time of her death. An Arizona attorney will likely be able to read the will language and let you know whether you have a claim to the property.
