What Social Security benefits do you have in mind? Benefits for dependents are available only when a worker is disabled or dies, and most deportations of the worker eliminate Social Security entitlement. Best wishes for an outcome you can accept, and please remember to designate a best answer.

Based on the facts provided I don't know what benefits you are seeking. Ms. Sinclair is correct with her assessment. If you have any questions feel free to contact an attorney. There are several US attorneys that practice in DR as well. Another option is to have a phone or Skype consultation.

Sorry but it doesn't look like there are any benefits available. Deportation is not a qualifying act which triggers any SS benefits.
