Am i allowed to relocate?
i am looking to relocate south of indy (currently in ft wayne). am i allowed to do this and do i have to give notice to the father prior to doing so?

If you have a current Indiana court order addressing parenting time, custody and/or child support, then yes you must provide a 90 day notice of your move. The form does require specific language requirements ad notice provisions. An attorney can take care of this for you.
