We want to kick my 27 year old mentally ill son out of the home as he is a constant disruption. How do we go about this?

I picked him up in another state after he received a restraining order from a girl he was stalking. He is in treatment but refuses to take medication. Over the past 1.5 years living at home, he spends most of his time in his room but has frequent out burst and honestly scares my wife and she locks our bedroom door each night. I already served him a 30 notice to vacate. But reading here it sounds like I need to go to the court. But it really isn't for non-payment as he doesn't pay anthing. Can I file for a 72 hour eviction?

A mentally handicapped child may have the right to support beyond the age of maturity. Kicking out a tenant who is a family member and is not on a lease is not straightforward. Quite simply, you need to talk to an attorney about your situation.
